My name is Maria and I am the founder of Reiki Light. I am a fully qualified and insured reiki practitioner and I am part of UK Reiki Federation (UKRF), the largest Reiki professional organisation in the UK.
As a nurturing and compassionate Reiki Master practitioner, I am dedicated to providing holistic energy to those seeking physical, emotional and spiritual balance. Through intuitive and gentle touch, I aim to channel and balance the body's energy, fostering a sense a peace and revitalization. My prioprity is to create a nurturing environment that encourages individuals to release tension, restore vitality, and tap into their body's natural healing abilities.

How Many Reiki Sessions Do I Need?
The number of Reiki sessions needed varies for each individual, depending on personal goals, health concerns, and energy balance. Below is a general guide to help you decide what may work best for you.
